This issue is mostly solved by this PR. One of the problem that I still face is that I am unable to find a way out to enable transliteration(& reverse transliteration) without quotations like
varnamc -s ml -t kerala malayalam
This would be taken care ASAP and I would start the process of compiling libvarnam in Android by going through the basics of NDK and how one can call a shared library in Java.
